Rates

Personal Services:

• For most of our services, our rate is $21 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum.

• Package I - Pre-pay 10 hours or more of service - $19 per hour.

• Package II - Pre-pay 20 hours or more of service - $17 per hour.

Business Services:

• Depending on the level of skill and the size of the job, our rates will vary. Our business services start at the same rates as our personal services.

Our prices are subject to change. Please ask us for our most current rates.

Policies

Payment & Fees:

• Payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless you have arranged otherwise with us. We accept cash, cheques, and money orders.

• Pre-paid hours are valid for up to 3 months.

• From your home (for Perth residents), for under 5km per day, there is no charge for mileage. Above 5km (and for those living outside Perth), we charge $0.50 per kilometer.

• For any purchases you would like us to make on your behalf, eg. grocery or gift shopping, you will be asked to provide payment for the item(s) prior to purchase.

Cancellations:

• Please give us at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a fee of $20.

Hours of Operation:

• Our services are provided Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, unless you have arranged otherwise with us. Rates are higher for evenings and weekends.

Booking Our Services:

• Our booking is based on availability, so if you have an important job, we recommend you call us a week or two in advance to ensure that the days you need are reserved.

Legal & Ethical Services:

• As long as the services you require are legal and ethical, we will do our very best to accomodate you. If we are unable or unavailable to help, we will refer you to another professional who may be able to.
